Abstract: Phytochemical investigation of the ethanolic extract of Pseudostreblus indica .Shih led to the isolation of seven compounds.Their structures were identified as umberlliferone (1),skimmin (2),scopoletin (3),scopolin (4),bergarpten (5),4［［3(4,5dihydro5,5dimethyl4oxo2furanyl)butyl］oxy］7Hfuro［3,2g］［1］benzopyran7one (6),and 3βDglucopyranoside of medicagenic acid (7),on the basis of spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties,Among them，compounds 2,4,6 and 7 were isolated from the plants for the first time．
