HPLC测定人工蛹虫草中虫草素含量

Determination of Cordycepin in Cultured Cordyceps Militaris by HPLC

摘要: 本文采用超声波法提取蛹虫草子实体中的虫草素,并利用高效液相色谱法测定虫草素。选择ZORBAX ExtendC18为色谱柱,水甲醇(95:5)为流动相,流速1.00 mL/min,检测波长260 nm,进样量10 μL作为色谱条件时,虫草素在10~1000 μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(S=33054C-41890,R2=0.999),平均回收率10337 %,RSD=2.26 %。

Abstract: This article uses the ultrasonic extraction of Cordycepin in cultured Cordyceps militaris,and adopting the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of cordycepin.When chromatographic column was ZORBAXExtendC18,water and methanol (95:5) as mobile phase,flow rate of 1.00 mL/min,detection wavelength of 260 nm,sample quantity 10 μL as a condition of chromatography,cordycepin in 10~1000 μg/mL has good linear relationship (S=3.3×104C-41890,R2=0.9999),the recovery rate:103.37 %,and RSD:2.26 %.
