致命鹅膏化学成分的研究

摘要: 从致命鹅膏(Amanita exitialis)子实体中分离得到了8个化合物。通过光谱和化学方法,其结构分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲酸(1)、腺嘌呤核苷(2)、丁二酸二甲酯(3)、鸟嘌呤核苷(4)、尿嘧啶核苷(5)、(2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2(2′-羟基二十四碳酰氨基)十八碳-1,3,4-三醇(6)、苯丙氨酸(7)、β-咔啉(8)。前七个化合物均为首次从致命鹅膏中分离得到。

Abstract: Eight compounds were isolated from Amanita exitialis. By spectroscopic and chemical methods,they were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid(1),adenosine(2),methylsuccinate(3),guanine(4),uridine(5),(2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino)-octadecane-1,3,4-triol(6),phenylalanine(7),β-carboline(8).The first seven compounds were isolated from Amanita exitialis for the first time.
