藏药高原香薷黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘要: 为了研究高原香薷Elsholtzia feddei Benth中的黄酮类化学成分,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱、RP-18等柱色谱手段进行分离,得到了4个黄酮类化合物。根据理化性质和光谱方法分析鉴定了化合物的结构,从高原香薷分离得到的4个黄酮类化合物分别为槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、洋芹素7-O-葡萄糖苷(3)、木犀草素(4)。这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: In order to study the flavonoids of Tibetan medicinal herb Elsholtzia feddri Benth.Four flavonoid compounds were separated by various column chromatography including silica gel,RP-18 and Sephadex LH20.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic and chemical evidences.The results showed that four flavonoid compounds were Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (1),Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2),Apingenin-7-O-glucoside (3) and Luteolin (4),respectively.These four flavonoid compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
