摘要: 本研究建立了制备色谱对红梅消中三萜类成分分离的方法。红梅消醇提物经大孔吸附树脂柱和硅胶色谱柱初步纯化后,采用制备型高效液相色谱(Preparative HPLC)进一步纯化,经分析HPLC测定纯度,UV、MS、NMR鉴定其结构,结果鉴定出2个三萜类化合物,分别为野鸦椿酸(euscaphic acid)和委陵菜酸(tormentic acid),其中委陵菜酸首次从该植物中分离得到。该方法制备得到的野鸦椿酸和委陵菜酸纯度高且具有简单、快速、可靠的特点,可用于实验室分离制备三萜类化合物。

Abstract: To establish a preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the separation of sapogenin component in Rubus parvifolus L..The crude alcohol extract of R.parvifolius was initially purified by macroporous adsorptive resins column chromatography and silica gel column chromatography.Then,the initially purified extract was further purified using preparative HPLC.The purity of isolated compounds was determined by analytical HPLC and their structures were identified by MS and NMR.Two sapogenin components were isolated and identified as euscaphic acid and tormentic acid.Tormentic acid was isolated from this plant for the first time.The developed preparative HPLC method was simple,fast and reliable,which was suitable to be used for the separation of sapogenin component from R.parvifolius.
