Content Variation of Flavonol Glucoside and Terpene Lactones in Ginkgo biloba Leaves from Different Growth Periods

摘要: 为了考察不同月份湖南永州银杏叶中总黄酮醇苷和总萜内酯的含量变化。采用HPLC法对样品中总黄酮醇苷和总萜内酯进行定量分析。结果显示不同生长周期湖南永州银杏叶中总黄酮醇苷和总萜内酯含量不同,其中9月份的银杏叶其总黄酮醇苷和总萜内酯含量均较高适合采收。说明不同生长时期银杏叶中黄酮醇苷和内酯含量差异较大,此结果为适时采收、合理开发利用湖南永州银杏叶提供依据。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate content variation rules of flavonol glucoside and terpene lactones in Ginkgo biloba L.leaves with different growth periods from Yongzhou Hunan using high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that distinct variations of the contents of flavonol glucoside and terpene lactones took place in the different growth periods of the leaves.The contents of flavonol glucoside and terpene lactones in the leaves reached highest in September.
