摘要: 桑黄是一类珍贵的药用真菌,对增强人体免疫功能及治疗疾病等方面都有明显作用。本文综述了近年来国内外学者对桑黄中多酚类化学成分及其生物活性方面的研究进展,旨在为进一步开发桑黄类真菌资源奠定基础。

关键词: 层孔菌, 纤孔菌, 多酚, 生物活性

Abstract: Members of “Sanghuang” are well-known medicinal fungi and have been used in treatment of disease and strengthening humoral immune function. In this review,the taxonomic status,polyphenol components and biological activitys from medicinal fungi “Sanghuang” were described,in order to provide a source of reference for research on these mushrooms.
