摘要: 小白菊内酯是一种来源于天然植物的倍半萜烯内酯,具有广泛的药理活性。近年来,为了增强小白菊内酯的溶解性及生物活性,人们对其结构开展了大量的修饰与改造研究,发现了一些更具研究价值的小白菊内酯衍生物。本文综述了小白菊内酯结构修饰、生物活性及构效关系的相关研究进展。

Abstract: Parthenolide is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated from various natural plants and has lots of biological activities.In recent years,a wide range of parthenolide derivatives have been synthesized by structural modifications with valuable activities.In this review,we will highlight the advances in structural modifications,biological activities and structure-activity relationships of parthenolide.
