牛耳枫中生物碱的研究

摘要:

应用各种色谱方法从牛耳枫的茎叶乙醇浸提物中分离得到了8个生物碱,利用波谱(ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR)技术及理化性质分别鉴定为Methyl homosecodaphniphyllate (1),Daphnezomine M (2),Caldaphnidine E (3),Calyciphylline F (4),Calyciphylline B (5),Deoxycalyciphylline B (6),Daphnicyclidin H (7) 和Macropodumine C (8)。

Abstract:

Eight alkaloids were isolated from the stems and leaves of Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth by using various methods of chromatography. On the basis of spectroscopic evidence, their structures were identified as methyl homosecodaphniphyllate(1), daphnezomine M(2), caldaphnidine E(3), calyciphylline F(4), calyciphylline B(5), deoxycalyciphylline B(6), daphnicyclidin H(7), and macropodumine C(8). Compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
