中药巴戟天(Morinda officinalis)的根经过水提、醇沉、脱色和离子交换得到水溶性多糖(MOHP-1),经过FIIR、HPLC、NMR和GC-MS分析,最后确定MOHP-1是由果糖以(2→1)糖苷键连接的菊淀粉性多糖,其结构为α-Glcp-(1→2)-[β-Fruf-(2→1)-β-Frucf]n

Abstract:

A soluble polysaccharide (MOHP-1) was isolated from the roots of Morinda officinalis How via procedures including extraction, precipitation, deprotein, decolor and separation over anion-exchange. On the basis of FTIR, HPLC, NMR and GC-MS analysis after methylation, MOHP-1 was determined as α-Glcp-(1→2)-[β-Fruf-(2→1)-β-Frucf]n, a polysaccharide with a linear chain of (2→1) linked β-fructofuranosyl residues specifying an inulin-type structure.
