卷柏化学成分及细胞毒活性研究

Cytotoxic Constituents from Selaginella tamariscina

摘要: 从卷柏(Selaginella tamariscina (Beauv.) Spring)中分离得到10个化合物,运用波谱手段分别鉴定为selaginellin(1)、selaginellin A(2)、selaginellin B(3)、穗花杉双黄酮(4)、sequoiaflavone(5)、去甲银杏双黄酮(6)、银杏双黄酮(7)、异银杏双黄酮(8)、扁柏双黄酮(9)、异柳杉双黄酮(10)。其中化合物1、5和8为首次从该植物中分离得到。此外,研究了部分化合物的细胞毒活性。化合物1, 4, 7, 89显示出选择性的细胞毒活性。

Abstract: Three selaginellins and seven biflavones were isolated from the whole plant of Selaginella tamariscina. Their structures were identified as selaginellin (1), selaginellin A (2), selaginellin B (3), amentoflavone (4), sequoiaflavone (5), bilobetin (6), ginkgetin (7), isoginkgetin (8), hinokiflavone (9), and isocryptomerin (10). Among them, compounds 1, 5, and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Additionally, selected compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against tested human cell lines, and compounds 1, 4, 7, 8 and 9 showed selective cytotoxic activity.
