海南山苍子挥发油GC-MS分析及抗肿瘤活性研究

Chemical Components and Antitumor Activity of Essential Oil of Litsea cubeba Seed from Hainan

摘要: 利用二氧化碳超临界技术提取海南山苍子挥发油,GC-MS对其成份进行分析,鉴定出52个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.65%。通过分子蒸馏分离山苍子油,测试各组分的活性。实验结果显示海南山苍子挥发油以及分子蒸馏分离的各组份均具有抗肿瘤活性。海南山苍子挥发油对人胃癌细胞的抑制活性最好,IC50为6.29 μg/mL。组份D1、R1、D2、R2对人白血病细胞抑制活性最好,IC50分别为16.6、7.76、6.73、5.97 μg/mL。

Abstract: In this study,the essential oil from the seed of Hainan Litsea cubeba was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide method.Fifty-two compounds were identified by GC-MS,which were 95.65% of the total essential oil.In addition,the antitumor activity of components of Hainan L.cubeba oil was investigated.The essential oil and the components from molecular distillation all showed antitumor activities.The essential oil from Hainan L.cubeba showed the best inhibitory effect against human gastric carcinoma cell with IC50 of 6.29 μg/mL.The IC50 values of components D1,R1 D2 and R2 were 16.6,7.76,6.73 μg/mL and 5.97 μg/mL,respectively.
