摘要: 菲并吲哚里西丁类生物碱最引人瞩目的生物活性是抗肿瘤活性,本文对这类天然小分子化合物的构效关系和主要不对称全合成路线做了综述,以期为有机化学工作者开发高抗癌活性的菲并吲哚里西啶类生物碱提供参考。

Abstract: The phenanthroindolizidine alkaloids are a family of plant-derived small molecules with significant antitumor activity.This review mainly focused on the structureactivity relationship and the asymmetric synthesis for providing the reference to exploit the phenanthroindolizidine derivatives with high activity against cancer cells.
