摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据植物选育的方法，白千层加工的特点和精油产品应用要求，开展了4-松油醇型白千层优良单株筛选工作。通过初选，扦插繁殖，苗期跟踪，测定不同生长阶段枝叶生物量、含油率及精油质量选出优良单株7株，其一年生的单株含油量为11.30 g~26.59 g，精油中4-松油醇含量为38.04%~40.27%，1,8-桉叶素含量为1.09%~2.21%，在精油年均产量和质量都优于国内选择的优良单株。

Abstract: According to breeding methods,product processing and applied requirements,we made a research on superior individuality selection of Melaleuca of terpinen-4-ol type. By primary selecting,cutting and seedling investigation,seven superior individuals were selected based on plant weight,yield and quality in different growing stage.Among these,the essential oil weight was between 11.30 g and 26.59 g,the content of terpinen-4-ol was from 38.04% to 40.27%,the content of 1,8-cineole was from 1.09% to 2.21% in one year old.These results showed that the selected individuals were superior to others of domestic species on annual output and quality of Melaleuca oil.
