阿魏酸及其不同配伍药代动力学比较研究

摘要: 本文主要探讨阿魏酸及其不同配伍给药在大鼠体内的代谢动力学规律。将32只SD大鼠,分为阿魏酸组50 mg/kg、阿魏酸+川芎嗪(50 mg/kg +30 mg/kg)组、阿魏酸+延胡索乙素(50 mg/kg +20 mg/kg)组、阿魏酸+川芎嗪+延胡索乙素(50 mg/kg +30 mg/kg +20 mg/kg)组,分别灌胃给药,采用高效液相色谱法测定各组大鼠血浆中阿魏酸的浓度,DAS2.0程序计算药代动力学参数。结果表明:川芎嗪、延胡索乙素均可延长阿魏酸在大鼠体内的作用时间,增加阿魏酸在大鼠体内的吸收。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the pharmacokinetics of ferulic acid and its different combinations.32 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:ferulic acid 50 mg/kg,ferulic acid 50 mg/kg + tetramethylpyrazine(TMP)30 mg/kg,ferulic acid 50 mg/kg + tetrahydropalmatine(TET)20 mg/kg and ferulic acid 50 mg/kg +TMP 30 mg/kg + TET20 mg/kg.All rats were given by intragastric administration then blood samples were obtained from fossa orbitalis at several time points.All the concentrations of ferulic acid in plasma were analyzed by HPLC and the data were analyzed by DAS 2.0 program.The results showed that TMP and TET prolonged the action time of ferulic acid in rats,increased the absorption of ferulic acid in rats.
