马兰中的五个酚性化合物

摘要: 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定,从马兰全草80%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了5个酚性化合物,分别是汉黄芩素(1)、千层纸素A(2)、4-羟基苯乙酮(3)、7,4′-二羟基异黄酮(4)、芹菜素(5)。所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分得。

Abstract: Five phenols were isolated and purified with macroporous resin、silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified as wogonin(1),oroxylin A(2), 4-hydroxyacetophenone(3),7,4′-dihydroxyisoflavone(4),apigenin(5).All of them were isolated from this genus for the first time.
