杜仲叶的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of the Leaves of Eucommia ulmoides

摘要: 通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和高效液相半制备色谱反复柱层析、纯化,从杜仲叶中分离得到14个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为山萘酚(1)、槲皮素(2)、陆地锦苷(3)、紫云英苷(4)、(+)-1-hydroxylpinoresinol (5)、(+)-1-hydroxy-6-epipinoresinol (6)、pinoresinol-4-O-glucoside (7)、thunberginol C (8)、(+)-medioresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9)、7-hydroxycoumarin (10)、绿原酸甲酯(11)、十八碳二烯酸(12)、丁二酸(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)。化合物6、8、10、12和13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Fourteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oilv.by several methods,including silica gel,reversed phase RP-18 column chromatographies,Sephadex LH-20,and HPLC.Their structures were identified by NMR and EI-MS spectra,as kaempferol (1),quercetin (2),hirsutin (3),astragalin (4),(+)-1-hydroxylpinoresinol (5), (+)-1-hydroxy-6-epipinoresinol (6), pinoresinol-4-O-glucoside (7), thunberginol C (8), (+)-medioresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), 7-hydroxycoumarin (10),methylchlorogenate (11),leinoleic acid (12),butanedioic acid (13), β-sitosterol (14).Compounds 6,8,10,12 and 13 were isolated from E.ulmoides for the first time.
