红树林植物无瓣海桑内生真菌Neofusicoccum sp. SaBA3次级代谢产物的研究

Secondary Metabolites from Mangrove Sonneratia apetala Endophytic Fungus Neofusicoccum sp. SaBA3

摘要: 采用硅胶MPLC、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、常压硅胶柱色谱以及PTLC等方法从红树植物无瓣海桑内生真菌Neofusicoccum sp. SaBA3的大米发酵物中分离到8个化合物,通过波谱数据、理化性质及文献对照分别鉴定为:(3S*,4S*)-3,4-二氢-3,4,8-三羟基-7-乙基-6-甲氧基萘-1-酮(1)、4,7-二甲氧基-5-甲基香豆素 (2)、麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇 (3)、麦角甾-6,2-二烯-5α,8α-环二氧-3-醇 (4)、麦角甾醇-5-烯-3-酮 (5)、3β-羟基-胆甾醇 (6)、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯 (7)、尿嘧啶(8)。除化合物1 外,其余化合物均首次从Neofusicoccum属中分离得到。

Abstract: Eight compounds were isolated from the fermentation of mangrove Sonneratia apetala endophytic fungus Neofusicoccum sp. SaBA3 by using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MPLC,and PTLC. On the basis of 1D and 2D-NMR,ESI, and by comparison with reported data,their structures were identified as (3S*, 4S*)-3,4-dihydro-3,4,8-trihydroxy-6-methoxynaphthalen-1(2H)-one (1), 4,7-two methoxy-5-methy coumarin (2), ergosta -5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (3), 5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (4), ergost-5-en-3-one (5), cholesterol (6),dimethy phthalate (7),and uracil (8 ).The compounds 2-8 are isolated from the genus Neofusicoccum for the first time.
