广西产黄杞叶不同溶媒提取物中二氢黄酮醇的定量分析

摘要: 为了测定黄杞叶不同溶媒提取物中主要化学成分二氢黄酮醇的含量,以落新妇苷为标准品,采用分光光度法测定黄杞叶醇提物、水提物及醇提物的PE层、EtoAc层、H2O层和水提物的EtoAc层、H2O层中总二氢黄酮醇的含量。结果表明:落新妇苷在12.3~28.7 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9991);该方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,可用于黄杞叶提取物的质量控制。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the content of total dihydroflavonols in different extracts of Engelhardtia roxburghiana wall.leaves.The contents of total dihydroflavonols in ethanol extract and its PE,EtoAc and water fractions as well as water extract and its EtoAc and water fractions of E.roxburghiana leaves were determined by spectrophotometry with astilbin as standard.The results indicated that astilbin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 12.3~28.7μg/mL (R2=0.9991); the developed method was with high sensitivity,good stability,and it is applicable for the quality control of E.roxburghiana leaves.
