高盐条件下红树植物内生异色拟盘多毛孢菌Pestalotiopsis versicolor次级代谢产物的研究

Secondary Metabolites from Mangroves Endophytic Fungus Pestalotiopsis versicolor under High Salinity Environment

摘要: 对红树植物桐花树内生异色拟盘多毛孢菌(Pestalotiopsis versicolor)高盐条件下固体发酵培养物的化学成分进行研究。利用硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析,半制备高效液相色谱仪等分离手段对内生异色拟盘多毛孢菌(P.versicolor)的提取物进行分离纯化,并利用各种波谱方法,结合文献对照,确定化合物结构。从提取物中分离得到9个化合物,经鉴定为pestalachloride B(1)、1,6,8-三羟基-3-(羟甲基)蒽醌(2)、大黄素(3)、麦角甾-6,22-二烯-5α,8α-环二氧-3-醇(4)、3β-羟基-5-胆甾烯-6-酮(5)、3-吲哚甲醛(6)、4,6-二羟基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮(7)、2-(4-羟苯基)乙醇(8)、对羟基苯甲醛(9)。其中,化合物1~3、6~8为首次从该种真菌中分离得到。

Abstract: Secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis versicolor fermented in solid medium under high salinity environment were studied. Nine compounds were isolated using various chromatographic purification methods,including column chromatography (CC), preparative thin-layer chromatography (PTLC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified as pestalachloride B (1), 1,6,8-trihydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl) anthraquinone (2), emodin (3), ergosterol-6,22-diene-5α, 8α-epidioxy-3-ol (4), 3β-hydroxyl-5-cholestene-6-ketone (5),indole-3-carboxaldehyde (6), 4,6-dihydroxy-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone (7), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethanol (8), and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (9) according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Compound 1-3, 6-8 were isolated from P.versicolor for the first time.
