冬瓜子油的提取及其成分研究

Extraction and Component Analysis of Waxgourd Seed Oil

摘要: 为了明确冬瓜子油的含量与组成,本研究采用单因素实验与正交实验综合评定相结合的方法,以称重法和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,对冬瓜子中油脂的提取及其组成进行了研究。结果显示冬瓜子油的最佳提取工艺为:使用12倍(V/W)量的复合溶剂,于80 ℃,提取2 h,提取率可达16.0%;GC-MS分析显示冬瓜子油含有14种脂肪酸,亚油酸为主要成分,含量为84.7%,不饱和脂肪酸总含量为88.6%。多种不饱和脂肪酸的存在,为冬瓜子油的开发利用奠定了物质基础。

Abstract: To understand content and its constituents of waxgourd seed oil,univariate and orthogonal experiment and Weighing method and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry techniques was employed in the research. Through research obtained,the oil was well extracted at 80 ℃ for 2 h with 12 times (V/W) mixed solvent;and 14 kinds of fatty acids were contained.The oil rate is 16.0% by the extraction process.In the oil,unsaturated fatty acid contents are 88.6%;and linoleate is main component,and its content is 84.7%.The results are a reliable groundwork for reasonable exploitation of waxgourd seed oil.
