一株桐花树内生真菌代谢产物中的甾醇类物质

Sterols in secondary metabolites produced by an endophytic fungus isolated from Aegiceras corniculatum

摘要: 利用pTLC、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20 及半制备 HPLC等柱色谱手段,从一株桐花树内生真菌的次生代谢产物中分离得到了8个甾醇类化合物,经波谱学数据分析鉴定为麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)、24-methylcholest-5,22(E)-3β,7α-diol(2)、麦角甾-22-烯-3-醇(3)、5α,8α-环二氧-6-胆甾烯-3β-醇(4)、5α,8α-环氧-22E麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(5)、3β-羟基-胆甾烷(6)、3β,5α,9α-三羟基-7,22-麦角甾二烯-6-酮(7)、3β-羟基-5,8,22-麦角甾三烯-7-酮(8)。

Abstract: Eight compounds were purified from an endophytic fungus by extensive chromatography and spectroscopic analysis.The endophytic fungus was ioslated from Aegiceras corniculatum. They were identified as ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol(1),24-methylcholest-5,22(E)-3β,7α-diol,ergost-22-en-3-ol(3),5α,8α-epidioxy-cholest-6-en-3β-ol(4),5α,8α-epidioxy-22E-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(5),3β-hydroxycholestan(6),3β-hydroxy ergosta-5,8,22-trien-7-one(7),3β-hydroxy ergosta-5,8,22-trien-7-one (8).
