药用植物青叶胆的化学成分研究

摘要: 对青叶胆(Swertia mileensis T.N.Neet W.L.Shih)全草乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究。从中分离得到7个化合物。依据理化性质及波谱数据对化合物结构进行鉴定,分别确定其结构为angustin B(1),erythrocentauric acid(2),oleanolic acid(3),erythrocentaurin(4),swertiadecoraxanthoneⅡ(5),angustin A(6),daucosterol(7),其中化合物1,2,6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Phytochemical investigation of the ethanolic extract of Swertia mileensis T.N.Neet W.L.Shih led to the isolation of seven compounds.Their structures were identified as angustin B(1),erythrocentauric acid(2),oleanolic acid(3),erythrocentaurin(4),swertiadecoraxanthoneⅡ(5),angustin A(6)and daucosterol(7),on the basis of spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties,Among them,compounds 1,2,and 6 were isolated from the plants for the first time.
