摘要: 代谢组学作为系统生物学的一个分支,已被广泛应用到各个研究领域。本文主要简述了代谢组学技术及其在茶叶研究方面的应用:生长发育、茶树品种及产地溯源、加工过程在线检测、茶类判别分析、茶叶等级及质量评价、茶叶年份与季节预测等。最后,提出了利用代谢组学技术进行茶叶功能基因组学研究的必要性和可能性。

Abstract: Metabolomics as one branch of systems biology has been widely applied to various fields of research.This article primarily outlined the metabonomic technology and the application of metabonlmic technology in tea science,including the growth of tea plant,the identification of tea cultivars and geographic origin,on-line detection in tea processing,discriminant analysis of tea,grade and quality evaluation,age and production season prediction,biochemical components determination and so on.Finally,this article puts forward the possibility and necessity of studying functional genomics with metabolomic approach.
