摘要: 鞣花酸因具有抗增生和抗氧化的性质而逐渐受到重视,是国内外正在开发的保健食品功能因子之一。目前鞣花酸在生产实践中有多种提取和合成工艺,这些工艺各有优劣。本文综述近年来有关鞣花酸的研究进展,总结了鞣花酸的制备工艺研究现状并对其优缺点做了简单的介绍。以期对以后鞣花酸的工业化生产提供理论依据。

Abstract: Ellagic acid,one of the most popular functional components in food,has received increasing attention for its pharmacological activities of antiproliferative and antioxidation.Currently there are a variety of preparation methods,including of extraction and synthesis,in productional practice of ellagic acid.The research status and development,as well as the advantage and disadvantage of different preparation methods of ellagic acid are reviewed in this article to provide references for future industrial production.
