滁菊总黄酮提取条件优化研究

Optimization of Extraction of Flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium ramat.

摘要: 本文考察了滁菊总黄酮的四种提取方法的特点,优选了微波提取的方法,然后进行提取条件的优化,在单因素实验基础上的正交实验的结果表明,微波提取法最适合滁菊总黄酮的提取,优化后的提取条件:乙醇浓度20%(w/w),液固比40:1(mL/g),提取时间120 s,提取4次,最佳提取条件下总黄酮得率达到7.1%,该法提取率高、简便、省时、高效、经济。

Abstract: In this study,flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium ramat.was extracted by four methods,and finally microwave-assisted extraction method was selected to be used.The parameters of microwave-assisted extraction were optimized by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:40:1 (mL/g) as liquid-solid ratio,120 s as extraction duration and extract 4 times with 20% (w/w) ethanol.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield of flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium ramat. was 7.1%.The developed microwave-assisted extraction method was simple,time-saving,efficient and economic for the extraction of flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium ramat.
