摘要: 天然多糖因其显著的抗肿瘤活性和毒副作用小,成为目前抗肿瘤药物筛选的研究热点。其抗肿瘤作用的机理涉及增强机体免疫细胞的活性、改变细胞膜流动性、诱导肿瘤细胞周期阻滞或凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞的核酸和蛋白质合成、调控肿瘤基因的表达等方面。本文对近几年来国内外有关天然多糖通过调控肿瘤抑制基因p53达到抗肿瘤作用的研究进行综述,为进一步研究与开发利用天然多糖抗肿瘤提供参考依据。

Abstract: Natural polysaccharides were attracted more attention on antitumor drug screening for its antitumor effect and low side effect.The antitumor mechanism of natural polysaccharides were refer to enhance the immune activity,change cell membrane fluidity,induce tumor cell cycle arrest or apoptosis,inhibit nucleic acid and protein synthesis,regulate the expression of tumor genes, etc.This article described the research progress of antitumor mechanism of natural polysaccharides through the regulation of p53 gene at home and abroad in recent years,which provided some references for future development and utilization of natural polysaccharides.
