超临界CO2萃取羌活挥发油工艺的响应面优化

摘要: 利用响应面法对羌活挥发油的超临界CO2萃取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为影响因素,羌活挥发油提取率为响应值,根据中心组合(Box-Beheken)试验设计原理,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法确定各工艺条件对提取率的影响。结果表明,超临界CO2 萃取羌活挥发油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度47 ℃,萃取时间87 min,羌活挥发油的提取率可达20.37%。

Abstract: Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of essential oil from the rhizome and root of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang was optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). Based on single factor experiments,the effects of extraction pressure,temperature and time on oil yield were determined and optimized by RSM.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction temperature 47 ℃,extraction time 87min.Under such conditions,the oil yield was 20.37%.
