摘要: 本文采用苯酚-硫酸法测定玄参多糖含量为指标,考察微波辅助法提取玄参多糖的工艺条件。分别通过单因素试验和正交试验考察影响微波提取的因素,得到微波辅助提取玄参多糖的最优工艺参数为:微波温度50 ℃,微波时间6 min,微波功率500 W,提取液pH值8,料液比1:30。在此最佳工艺条件下玄参多糖的含量为22.44%。

Abstract: The microwave-assisted extraction the polysaccharide of Radix scrophulariae, and using phenol-sulfuric acid method to determine the polysaccharide.Investigate the influencing factors of microwave-assisted extraction by single factor test and orthogonal test,and finding out the best extraction condition,microwave temperature 50 ℃,time 6minmicrowave power 500 W,pH value 8,solid-liquid ratio 1:30 (g/mL).the yielding content of Radix scrophulariae polysaccharide was 22.44% at the optimum parameter conditions.
