不同地区“9501”泡桐花营养成分分析

Analysis and Evaluation of Nutritional Composition of Four Species of Paulownia Flowers

摘要: 试验采用国标法对三个地区(河南、湖北、江西)“9501”泡桐花的营养成分进行了分析,并与其它常用植物性饲料蛋白源进行比较。结果表明:泡桐花中水分、蛋白质、纤维、脂肪、灰分分别占干重的8.69%~9.08%、11.5%~12.8%、10.7%~13.6%、5.6%~6.0%、5.4%~9.4%;矿物质元素中钙、磷含量为0.59%~0.63%和0.59%~0.63%,钙磷比为1.85%~1.91%;含18种氨基酸,总量为8.97%~9.06%,其中必需氨基酸含量为3.76%~3.91%,且必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)值较高,平均为1.11,具有开发成为蛋白质饲料的潜能。

Abstract: Nutritional components of “9501” Paulownia flowers from three areas were analyzed used national standard method,and compared with other commonly used plant feed protein source.The results showed that:the Paulownia flowers water,protein,fiber,fat,ash respectively 8.69%-9.08%,11.5%-12.8%,10.7%-13.6%,5.6%-6.0%,5.4%-9.4% of the total dry weight;Calcium,Phosphorus contents of mineral element in 0.59%-0.63% and 0.59%-0.63%,the ratio of Calcium to Phosphorus was 1.85%-1.91%;the paulownia flowers contain 18 kinds of amino acids,total 8.97%-9.06%,essential amino acids content of which was 3.76%-3.91% and the essential amino acid index (EAAI) average value was 1.11, Paulownia flowers had developed into protein feed potential.
