杂交鹅掌楸茎皮中化学成分的研究

摘要: 通过对杂交鹅掌楸茎皮乙醇提取物中正己烷和二氯甲烷部位的分离纯化,得到8个化合物,经核磁、质谱等光谱手段分析鉴定为观音莲明碱(1)、1,2,3三甲氧基氧化阿朴啡生物碱(2)、Oxopboebine(3)、鹅掌楸碱(4)、NAcetylasimilobine(5)、松脂醇(6)、丁香脂素(7)、棕榈酸α单甘油酯(Hexadecanoic acid,2,3dihydroxyproxypropyl ester)(8),所有化合物均为从该植物中首次分离得到。

Abstract: Eight phytochemicals were isolated from the dichloromethane extract and nhexane extract of liriodendron hybrids and identified by NMR,MS and other spectrum technologies as Lysicamine(1),Omethylmoschatoline(2),Oxopboebine(3),Liriodenine(4),NAcetylasimilobine(5),(+)pinoresinol(6),syringaresinol(7),Hexadecanoic acid,2,3dihydroxyproxypropyl ester(8).All of these compounds were isolated from the species for the first time.
