摘要: 采用酶标法测定从荷叶、钩藤、两面针、止泻木、平贝母5种药用植物中分离的24个生物碱样品单胺氧化酶抑制活性的筛选。生物活性实验结果表明荷叶中的阿朴啡类生物碱N降荷叶碱[Nnornuciferine(3)]具有较好的抑制活性,其IC50值为40 μg/mL,其余类生物碱均无活性。阿朴啡类生物碱是一个有用的先导结构,可以进一步结构改造修饰得到高活性的单胺氧化酶抑制剂。

Abstract: To screen potential monoamine oxidase inhibitor from 24 alkaloids.24 alkaloids were isolated from five medical plants.The MAO inhibitory activity was tested by colorimetric method in 96well microplates.The result showed that among 24 alkaloids,Nnornuciferine(3)belonging to aporphinetype alkaloid obtained from Nelumbo nucifera showed a significant antiMAO activity with IC50 values of 40 μg/mL.The aporphinetype alkaloid may be a useful leading structure for MAO inhibitors.
