摘要: 为了研究卷烟企业密闭杀虫后空气中的杀虫剂残留变化规律,实验采用三级捕集装置(捕集溶剂为丙酮)捕集空气中残留的杀虫剂,并利用GCMS对杀虫剂样品进行定性定量,分析其浓度变化趋势。结果表明:(1)该方法能有效捕集微量杀虫剂残留,GCMS分析方法检测灵敏度满足检测需求;(2)车间喷洒杀虫剂3 h后,3个测试点空气中的溴氰菊酯浓度在安全浓度范围以下,能够保证车间安全生产要求。

Abstract: In order to analyze the change rule of pesticide after insecticidetreated in cigarette factory,threelevel traps and GCMS were used.The results indicated that(1)the method can trap residual Detection of Pesticide effectively,sensitivity of GCMS satisfy detection requirement;(2)the concentration of deltamethrin at three test point was under safe concentration,safety production was guaranteed.
