摘要: 采用有机溶剂萃取、硅胶柱层析、反相制备色谱等方法从茄病镰刀菌FIM116发酵液中分离得到2个环孢菌素同系物,经理化性质和波谱学方法解析,证实其分别与环孢菌素G和环孢菌素T同质。

Abstract: Two cyclosporine analogues were isolated and purified by solvent extraction,silica gel chromatography,reversion phase chromatography and other ways from the fermentation broth of Fusarium solani sp.FIM116.Their structures were identified as cyclosporine G and cyclosporine T by physic-chemical properties and spectroscopic data.
