白车轴草提取液在蜜环菌培养中的应用研究

摘要: 为提高蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)的生产效率,以白车轴草(Trifolium repens L.)作为培养基主原料,经单因素筛选确定最优白车轴草用量、煮沸时间、葡萄糖用量,再由正交试验筛选出最佳培养基配方,即:白车轴草100 g/L,葡萄糖20 g/L,琼脂20 g/L,煮沸30 min。在此培养基配方下,蜜环菌萌发仅需2 d,远低于常用的PDA培养基的6 d,同时干物质积累能够达到0.0216 g/d,约为PDA培养基中的2.8 倍。

Abstract: In order to improve the production efficiency of Armillaria mellea, taking Trifolium repens L.as the main material of medium,the optimization of the culturing conditions was carried out using orthogonal analytical method after single factors screening,including the consumption of T.repens and glucose,as well as the boiling time.The optimal formula was the boiled mixture of T.repens 100 g/L,glucose 20 g/L and agar 20 g/L.Using this new medium,the germination time of A.mellea was decreased from 6 d in the PDA to 2 d,while the dry weight of mycelium reached to 0.0216 g/d,2.8 times of that in PDA.
