摘要: 桐花树(Aegiceras Cornicnlatnm)为真红树植物,其内生菌物种多样性丰富。目前已经从桐花树及其内生菌发酵提取物中获得105个化合物,类型包括萜类、醌类、甾醇类、有机酸、黄酮类等,其中包括25个新化合物,醌类化合物居多。桐花树化学成分的主要生理生化活性有抗菌、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等。本文综述了过去60年来国内外学者从桐花树及其内生菌中发现的化学成分及其生物活性,为红树植物桐花树今后的天然产物化学研究与开发提供科学依据和理论基础。

Abstract: Aegiceras corniculatum was a true mangrove plant and riched in endophytic microorganisms.So far,105 compounds were reported that isolated from A.Corniculatum and its endophytic microorganism’s fermentations,which exhibited biological activities such as antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-aging and antitumor.25 compounds were identified as new compounds and quinones were predominant.This paper reviewed the chemical constituents and biological activities have been found in recent 60 years,which could provide scientific and theoretical basis for the study and develop of natural products of medicinal value.
