天然产物防治高尿酸血症的研究进展

摘要: 持续的高尿酸血症是痛风发生的直接病因。控制人体尿酸的过多产生和促进尿酸排泄是防治高尿酸血症的两种策略。目前临床上用到的抗高尿酸血症药物如别嘌醇等存在副作用,使用受到限制。从天然产物中寻找安全、高效的降尿酸活性物质是目前的研究热点,其中以黄酮类化合物的研究最为集中。本文综述了高尿酸血症的临床治疗药物现状,以及近年来抗高尿酸血症的天然产物实验研究进展,以期为抗高尿酸血症的新药研究和保健食品开发提供参考。

Abstract: Persistent hyperuricemia was the most common cause of gout,currently.There are two common strategies against hyperuricemia:regulating the excessive production or promoting urinary excretion of uric acid.Currently,clinical hypouricemic medicines,such as allopurinol,had notably side effects and those applications are obviously restricted.It had been a research focus to search for hypouricemic medicines with high efficiency and low toxicity from natural products,and the most intensive studies were about flavonoids compounds.Here we reviewed current situation of the clinical hypouricemic medicines,and experimental research progress of anti-hyperuricemic natural products,providing reference for the study on new drugs and development of health-care food against hyperuricemia.
