地榆中乌苏烷型三萜类化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Urusane Triterpenes from Sanguisorba officinalis L

摘要: 对蔷薇科地榆属植物地榆(Sanguisorba officinalis L.)进行化学成分研究,从其70%乙醇提取物中共分离得到10个三萜类化合物。经理化和波谱分析分别鉴定为地榆皂苷I(1),3-β-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基-乌苏-12,18(19)-二烯-28-酸β-D-葡萄糖酯(2),3β-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基-乌苏-12,19(29)-二烯-28-酸β-D-葡萄糖酯(3),野蔷薇苷(4),3α,l9α-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸β-D-葡萄糖酯(5),坡模酸(6),1β-羟基蔷薇酸(7),2α,3α-二羟基乌苏-12,19(29)-二烯-28-酸β-D-葡萄糖酯(8),2α,3α,l9α-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(9),3β-羟基-12-乌苏烯-28-酸(10)。化合物2和8为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: The 70% EtOH extracts of Sanguisorba officinalis. L  (Rosaceae) were investigated on their chemical constituents.And 10 compounds were identified as zhiyu glycoside I (1),3β-[(α-L-arabinopyranosyl) oxy]-urs-12,18(19)-dien-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2),3β-[(α-L-arabinopyranosyl) oxy] urs-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3),rosamultin (4),3α,19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (5),pomolic acid (6),1β-hydroxyeuscaphic acid (7),2α,3α-dihydroxyursa-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (8),2α,3α,19α- trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (9),3β-hydroxy-12-ursen-28-oic acid (10) were obtained from Sanguisorba officinalis L.Their structures were elucidated by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in literatures 2 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
