不同厂家黄芩颗粒的红外光谱鉴别分析

Analysis of Radix scutellariae Granule from Different Manufacturers by Mid-infrared Spectroscopy

摘要: 运用中红外光谱法鉴别黄芩配方颗粒的不同生产厂家。分析黄芩配方颗粒六个生产厂家的红外光谱图、导数光谱图。同一厂家的黄芩颗粒样品的红外光谱图相似度很大,原始红外光谱图和一阶导数光谱图的部分特征吸收峰其位置、强度、形状上均存在一定差异,但不能区分不同厂家。二阶导数在2914~2900、2887、1730、1565~1537、1500、1218~1206、994、763 cm-1附近的特征吸收峰其位置、强度、形状上均存在的差异,可以把六个生产厂家同时给鉴别出来。该方法具备快速、简便、无损、准确、绿色的特点。

Abstract: In this study,mid-infrared spectroscopy was used to distinguish Radix scutellariae granule from different manufacturers.The original infrared spectra and derivative spectra of Radix scutellariae granule from six manufacturers were analyzed.The similarity of original spectrum of sample from same manufacturer was very big.The original infrared spectra and the first derivative spectra cannot distinguish different manufacturers,although some peak position,intensity and shape were different.The peak position,intensity,shape of the characteristic absorption peak of the second derivative spectra in 2914-2900,2887,1733,1500,1218-1206,994,763 cm-1 were obvious different.The results showed that using second derivative spectra of sample can successfully identify Radix scutellariae granule of six manufacturers.This method is fast,simple,nondestructive,accurate and green.
