摘要: 为了更好的利用番茄籽,本文采用超高效液相-串联四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)分别对三种溶剂浸提番茄籽得到的提取物成分进行分析比较。研究结果表明,此方法可有效地将各种化合物分离开来,其中番茄籽正己烷提取物中鉴定出10种化合物,番茄籽乙醇提取物中鉴定出16种化合物,番茄籽丙酮提取物中鉴定出9种化合物。

Abstract: The chemical compounds of tomato seed extracts were studied by the ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS).Three different extraction solvents were used to produce tomato seeds extracts.Research results showed that this method can separated the various compounds effectively.The result showed that it had10 compounds in n-hexane extract,16 compounds in ethanol extract and 9compounds in acetone extract.
