摘要: 芹菜素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,具有广泛的药理作用。近年来,人们为开发芹菜素,对其结构进行修饰及改造,以期得到生物利用度高、活性更好的衍生物。本文总结了近年来芹菜素在结构修饰及活性方面的研究进展,对进一步开发芹菜素提供参考。

Abstract: Apigenin,natural flavonoids,had a wide range of pharmacological effects.In recent years,people have modified the structure of apigenin to obtain higher bioavailability and better activity.Therefore,the research progress of the structure modification and activity of apigenin in recent years were summarized,to provide a reference for the further development of apigenin.
