Simultaneous Determination of 7 Effective Components Content in Herbal Artemisia annua by UPLC-MS

摘要: 建立一种同时快速测定青蒿中青蒿素、青蒿酸、青蒿乙素、双氢青蒿素、山奈酚、木犀草素和槲皮素含量的UPLC-MS方法。样品经超声萃取,经质谱仪(AB SCIEX TRIPLE QUAD 5500)检出,用峰面积外标法定量。青蒿素、青蒿酸、青蒿乙素、双氢青蒿素、山奈酚、木犀草素和槲皮素线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.14%(RSD=1.84%),97.22%(RSD=2.67%),98.22% (RSD=2.04%),101.47%(RSD=2.53%),97.34%(RSD=3.02%),101.51%(RSD=2.56%)和100.51%(RSD=3.03%)。对采集自重庆地区50个地点的样本进行测定表明,本方法简便、准确,可用于青蒿的质量评价。

Abstract: Establishing a UPLC-MS method for rapid determination of artemisinin,artemisinic acid,artemisinin,dihydroartemisinin,kaempferol,luteolin and quercetin in Artemisia annua L.Samples extracted by ultrasound.Chemical composition was detected bymass spectrometer (AB SCIEX TRIPLE QUAD 5500),andquantifiedby peak area external standard method.The calibration curves of artemisinin,artemisinicacid,annuaHB,dihydroartemisinin,kaempferol,luteolinand quercetin were in good lineafity respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.14%(RSD=1.84%),97.22%(RSD=2.67%),98.22% (RSD=2.04%),101.47%(RSD=2.53%),97.34%(RSD=3.02%),101.51%(RSD=256%),100.51%(RSD=3.03%),respectively.The measurement from 50 locations in Chongqing showed that the method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality evaluation of Artemisia annua.
