人参皂苷生物合成及生产工艺研究进展

摘要: 人参皂苷是人参属植物中的主要药效成分,具有极好的医学应用前景。然而,天然人参皂苷量极低,无法满足当今医疗保健的需求。近年来,随着生命科学领域中各项技术的飞速发展,研究者们已解析了部分人参皂苷合成途径的关键酶基因,并通过分子生物学方法调控关键酶基因来提高人参皂苷的产量。同时,利用转基因和合成生物学手段将关键酶基因转入烟草和酵母细胞中,构建人参皂苷合成代谢通路达到大量生产人参皂苷的目的。本文综述了人参皂苷生物合成途径中关键酶基因的相关研究及人参皂苷生产工艺的研究进展。

Abstract: Ginsenosides,the main pharmacodynamic components of ginseng,had an excellent prospect of medical application.However,the amounts of natural ginsenosides are extremely low to meet the high demand of medical care.In recent years,with the rapid technological development in life science,researchers have characterized the key enzymes of the ginsenosides biosynthesis pathway,and have improved ginsenosides production through regulating these key enzymes by molecular biology approach.At the same time,they have introduced the key enzyme genes into tobacco and yeast cells to construct the heterology ginsenosides biosynthesis pathway for enhance the production of ginsenosides in the pharmaceutical industry.In this review,we summarized the recent researches about the key enzymes in the ginsenosides biosynthesis and ginsenosides production by latest technologies.
