摘要: 葡萄柚籽提取物是一种非常有潜力的高效广谱抗菌剂,在极低浓度时就可取得明显的抑菌活性,同时还具备微弱的抗氧化活性。本文综述了葡萄柚籽提取物的制备方法、抑菌作用及其在食品、医学等方面的应用研究进展,以期为葡萄柚籽的深度开发利用提供参考。

Abstract: Grapefruit seed extract was an efficient and broad-spectrum antibacterial agent withpotential,which shows significant bactericidal effects at very low concentrations.Meanwhile,it also has some antioxidant effect.For providing references in depth development and exploitation of grapefruit seed extract,the preparation methods,antibacterial effect and application research have been reviewed in this paper.
