摘要: 每年都会产生成数以百万计吨的羽毛,牛角,羊角等好多废弃物品严重的环境污染。不溶性,高硬度和顽固性的结构废弃物降解是艰难的角蛋白的多肽,由于具有较高的机械稳定性和交联二硫化物键而存在于其中结构,角蛋白不易被普通蛋白酶和化学物质催化剂降解。这些废物需要大量的土地储存,维护,排放控制,灰分处理和污染空气和地下水的风险。本综述重点介绍了角蛋白溶解的各个方面,角蛋白变性处理的影响之后对角蛋白酶解条件和酶解效果产量的影响。使他们成为一种绿色和可持续的工业应用材料在废物管理方面,纺织,皮革和洗涤剂比传统的有优势还讨论了治疗方法。

Abstract:

The slaughterhouse generates millions of tons of wastes such as feathers,horns and horns each year.These wastes require a lot of land for storage,ash treatment and emission control which pose a serious risk of pollution to the air and groundwater in the environment.The keratin in feathers,horns,horns wastes has the structural characteristics of insolubility and high mechanical stability.It is not easily degraded by ordinary proteases and chemical catalysts.The keratin is difficult to be degraded into polypeptides because the cross-linked disulfide bond exists in it.This review introduces various aspects of keratin solubilization,the effects of keratinase hydrolysis conditions and enzymatic hydrolysis after keratin denaturation treatment.Thus,the keratin waste from slaughter is developed and reused as green and sustainable industrial materials,which can be used in traditional textile,leather,washing and medical industries.
