人参属植物中稀有变型人参皂苷的研究进展

摘要: 人参五加科植物是中国传统名贵中药之一,主要活性成分为人参皂苷,已有许多研究表明人参皂苷生物活性丰富,其具有神经保护作用、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、护肝、降血糖、机体免疫调节等药理活性。近年又发现系列侧链发生变化的微量变形皂苷,具有更好药理活性但在天然来源中含量较少,限制了其后续的一系列研究。而用不同的转化手段来获得稀有变型人参皂苷就为后续的研究提供基础。

关键词: 稀有变型人参皂苷, 化学结构, 药理活性

Abstract:

Ginseng is one of the important herbs,belonging to Araliaceae species,which mainly contain ginsenoside.Thousands of papers have reported its biological activities.Most of them showed neuroprotective effects,anti-tumor,anti-virus,liver-protection,hypoglycemia,immune regulation and so on.Recently,a series of rare induced ginsenoside changed in side chain were reported.There rare ginsenosides with higher pharmaceutical activity.However,the low concentration or absence of these rare ginsenosides from natural sources significantly hinders the exploration of their pharmaceutical activities and further clinical application.Therefore different means of transformation to obtain rare ginsenosides will provide the basis for the follow-up research.
