摘要:

5-甲基-4-羟基香豆素聚酮杂萜化合物(5-methyl-4-hydroxycoumarin polyketide meroterpenes,MPMs)特征地分布于菊科帚菊木族Mutisieae与斑鸠菊族Vernonieae的部分植物之中,因此,具有较高的分类学意义。同时,本类化合物还因双齿型的稠合方式、复杂的立体构型,以及多样的生物活性,尤其是显著的杀虫活性,而越来越受到药物学家的关注,因此,本文对菊科植物中的MPMs的生源合成途径、结构分类、植物分布、分类学意义及生物活性进行一次全面的总结,以期为本类化合物的深入研究与开发奠定基础。

Abstract:

5-Methyl-4-hydroxycoumarin polyketide meroterpenes (MPMs) are scattered in some genus,belonging to the tribes Mutisieae and Vernonieae of Compositae family,and was also considered as a chemotaxonomic marker.Meanwhile,their bidentate-type linkages,complex stereochemistry,and diverse bioactivities,especially,their insecticidal activity,have drawn the attention of the pharmacologists.Thus,this paper covers the biosynthetic pathway,structural classification,plants occurrence,taxonomic significance,and bioactivities of the MPMs that derives from a complex pathway involving an acetate-malonate pathway and a MVA and/or DXP pathway,providing a solid basis for the further research and development of these natural compounds.
