摘要: 藻蓝蛋白对肿瘤细胞的凋亡、侵袭、细胞周期等方面具有调控作用,可以抑制一些肿瘤细胞的活性,促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡。关于藻蓝蛋白抗肿瘤作用的机制尚处于探索阶段。本文就近年来藻蓝蛋白抗肿瘤作用及其机制的研究进行了综述。

Abstract:

Phycocyanin can regulate the apoptosis,invasion and cell cycle of tumor cells.It can inhibit the activity of some tumor cells and promote the apoptosis of those cells.The mechanism of anti-tumor effect of phycocyanin is still under exploration.Here,we review the studies about anti-tumor effect and mechanism of phycocyanin in recent years.
