尾穗苋籽油脂提取物的脂肪酸分析及其生物活性研究

摘要:

为了提高尾穗苋生物利用度,尾穗苋籽经石油醚索氏提取,甲酯化后,应用GC-MS联用仪分析鉴定其脂肪酸组分,并通过检测清除自由基和抑菌能力评价生物活性。结果表明,尾穗苋籽油提取率达2.55%,主要由饱和脂肪酸棕榈酸(14.09%),不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸(61.35%)和油酸(21.39%)组成。DPPH、ABTS、OH自由基清除能力测试表明,提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力。此外,抗菌实验表明样品具有相当可观的抑菌活性。尾穗苋籽含有丰富的脂肪酸,具有一定的抗氧化,抗菌活性,在未来的医药、化妆品和食品工业中具有潜在的开发应用价值。

Abstract:

In order to improve the bioavailability of Amaranthus caudalis,the seeds were extracted by Soxhlet extraction with petroleum ether.After the methyl esterification of extract,the fatty acid components of A. caudalis were analyzed and identified by GC-MS,and the biological activities were evaluated by detecting free radical scavenging and bacteriostatic ability.The anti-bacterial activities of the obtained oil were evaluated against two bacterial.Results showed that the oil extraction yield was 2.55%,and mainly composed of palmitic acid (14.09%),linoleic acid (61.35%) and oleic acid (21.39%).In addition,the extract showed relatively high antioxidant property;Moreover,antibacterial assay revealed that the extract exhibited a considerable anti-microbial activity against tested strains.The seed of A. caudalis was rich in fatty acids and exhibited certain antioxidant activity,which has potential development and utilization in future medicine,cosmetic and food industry.
