摘要:

本文旨在观察非变性I型胶原蛋白(non-denatured type-I collagen,NDC-I)对免疫低下大鼠肠道屏障的作用。雄性SD大鼠36只随机分成4组,每组9只,分别灌胃NDC-I(NDC-I组,10.0 mg/(kg·d))、脾氨肽(阳性对照组,0.42 mg/(kg·d))和等体积蒸馏水(对照组和模型组),实验周期为30天。第24、25天,对照组腹腔注射蒸馏水,其余组腹腔注射环磷酰胺(40 mg/(kg·d)),每天1次,建立免疫低下大鼠模型。实验结束后,与模型组比较,NDC-I组血清中DAO、ET和D-乳酸水平显著降低(P<0.01),小肠粘液中sIgA含量显著增加(P<0.01),空肠组织病理学损伤减轻。研究结果表明,NDC-I对环磷酰胺致免疫低下大鼠的肠道屏障具有一定保护作用。

Abstract:

To investigate the effect of non-denatured type-I collagen (NDC-I) on the intestinal barrier of immunocompromised rats,totally 36 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,each with nine rats.NDC-I (NDC-I group,10.0 mg/(kg·d)),Spleen amino peptide (positive control group,0.42 mg/(kg·d)) and equal volume of distilled water (control group and model group) were intragastrically administered respectively,and the experiment period was 30 days.On the 24th and 25th days,rats of control group were intraperitoneally injected with distilled water,and the others were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide (40 mg/(kg·d)) once a day to establish the immunocompromised model.The results showed the level of DAO,ET,and D-lactate in the NDC-I group significantly reduced (P<0.01) compared with the model group.Moreover,sIgA content in the small intestinal mucus significantly increased(P<0.01).Besides,the damage of the jejunum was reduced shown by pathological analysis.According to these results,the NDC-I treatment showed a certain regulatory effect on the intestinal barrier of cyclophosphamide-induced immunocompromised rats.
